Roles and Responsibilities
Should be conversant with sourcing, screening, interview follow-up, documentation & post joining follow-up.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have good convincing and negotiation skills.
Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the Clients
Should be able to clearly define job descriptions.
Sourcing from different job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Identify the best applicants to job openings.
Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications.
Create portfolio of possible candidates for Clients.
